Bungalow For Sale - Rawang

Located in the hilltops of rawang, lies this beautiful posh bungalow. It has an overseas open living concept where no gates or fences are built. It however has CCTV (Closed circuit television) With guard booths and a control room to monitor the neighborhood. This bungalow is fully renovated, tastefully might i say, every inch to perfection. A swimming pool and a bar was built to add to what makes it a really posh bungalow. Exquisitely decorated with quality fittings and furniture, the Bungalow is going for only a LOW RM1.6 million. I say LOW cos its lock stock and barrel. Any investor would know that its a perfect bargain and anybody who intends to buy a bungalow would never look elsewhere after they have seen this.

Man Utd!

2 points from 2 games? Is it a good sign? well i strongly urge all Man United fans not to fret. The last time the failed to win their first to games, they picked up their form and went on to win the famous treble.

With the Manchester derby on Sunday, It will be the first time in a very long time that the tables were switched. It would be the first time Manchester United would be looking up Man City in the league table. City are 4 points clear of United and 10 spots ahead in the standings...

City look to be a reborn team under the new management of Sven-Erickson, their new singings are beginning to gel well with the former Man City players.
As for United? Let see, 1 goal in 2 games? Rooney is injured till October, and Ronaldo is on a 3 match suspension following the head butt incident.
But as for game statistics are concerned, Man United are far superior in terms of possession and shots on target, with over 30 shots on target in the past 2 games, the goals are bound to be following soon enough.

I believe that most of the player need a couple of games to gel before they would be able to peak in full stride. I quote Sir Alex ""I’m looking at the performances of the team in the first two games and saying to my players, ‘Well done’,"
"We’re dropping points and that’s disappointing and frustrating because the performance levels have been very good. The important thing is to be patient now. The situation is recoverable, of course."

Tevez impressed everyone on the pitch in the match against Portsmouth after he set up a goal for Scholes and nearly scoring himself just to shoot above the mark. With Ronaldo not being able to play, Tevez would be the crucial factor in the derby match.

My predictions the winning bet would be on United, with a 2-0 margin. Derby matches usually brings a new atmosphere to the intensity of the match and it is just what Man United players need to fuel them forwards!

MaGic!! AmaZed??

Peer 2 peer clients or P2P as its known has fast become the number one source to download MP3's. During back in the day when there was no broadband, when we all used to connect using our dial-up modems, Many MP3 websites used to offer free downloads for songs.

But the introduction of Broadband has made P2P clients grow like mushroom's after a rain pour. Kazaa was one of the first one's, but viruses and Spyware was something that they had to deal with. Many other P2P clients just like Ares, Limewire, and Morpheus do try to have advance settings for this but still deep down you will never be able to be assured of the contents of the file that your downloading.

I do use Limewire Pro, as i feel it slightly has an edge over the others with its functions and features but i still would tell you that its not 100% safe. Plus uploading and downloading a lot of files does throttle precious bandwidth, for which you could actually use for other applications, that is if you don't have a high speed connection.

So what is safe? Is there a way which you can be sure of the contents you download?
Yes. By using Google. By using this method, you could get a complete list of an album, you would be sure of what you're downloading and last but not least you would not have to upload or share the file with anyone cos your not connected to a P2P network.
And the bonus part is that its faster than any P2P client that I've used before. :P

So its actually very simple, just copy and paste this in the google search bar located at the top of my page.
tupac intitle:"index.of" "parent directory" "size" "last modified" "description" [snd] (mp4|mp3|avi|flac|aac|ape|ogg|wmv|mov) -inurl:(asp|jsp|php|html|asp|htm|cf|shtml)

Let me give you a walk through of what this whole code is. (TUPAC)is the artist/or song title. (intitle:"index.of)"parent directory") this give you a list of index files of the required search. (mp4|mp3|avi|flac|aac|ogg|wmv|mov|) this is the file format which you want. You could just minus of the search of unwanted files for example if u didn't want aac|ape|ogg| just remove it from the code. -inurl: (asp|jsp|php|html|asp|cf|shtml) just like the code says -inurl, this will minus of searches which are not related to index.of. so you wont get searches on HTML pages
this code gives you a refined search of what you are looking for.

Give it a try, you might end up downloading more songs then you would do with a P2P client. cheers and have fun!
